Amaryllis Fairy Garden Workshop

We are sisters Susannah and Lillian Calhoun, and along with our mother Diane Bigbee Calhoun, we grow cut flowers in southern Dona Ana County.Thanks to our extended growing season and diverse plantings, we grow a variety of incredibly beautiful, seasonal flowers and foliage that can be picked at the farm (see our many "u-picks") and found in local grocery stores/cafes and florists' shops.

Join us at the farm Saturday morning, January 28th, from 10:00am - 11:30am, and build your own Amaryllis Fairy Garden. Begin with a 10&quot; round pot and a planted amaryllis bulb, from there create your garden with locally grown dried botanicals. Add your choice of fun fairy elements to finish off the unique design!Enjoy some delicious nosh and a relaxing morning at the flower farm.All materials, tools, and supplies will be provided by Calhoun Flower Farms.A few notes about this event and your visit to our farm:<ul><li>W﻿e are a FARM! We know, that sounds obvious, yet we want your visit to be as wonderful as possible! Keep in mind that you will be walking on uneven surfaces, there may be muddy sections, too (even in the desert) and some stickers - so please wear comfortable sturdy footwear. </li></ul><ul><li>T﻿his workshop is a relaxed event for you and your friends; have fun creating your garden! Also, watch for future workshop events if you are eager to learn floral design techniques.</li></ul><ul><li>There will be NO ticket sales at the door. If the minimum number of tickets has not been sold, we reserve the right to cancel and refund. </li></ul><ul><li>Please read your EMAIL confirmation!
