January 19, 2023: CBQ (Cacao, Breathwork and QiGong) Flow Session

I am the antithesis of the phrase “people do not change” and that has fueled my passion and commitment to the way I coach clients.  I have been so angry, scared and alone that I didn’t even like myself let alone practice self love.My approach straddles the line of tough love and pure compassion as I hold firm to values like honesty, integrity, love, connection and family.  I lean heavily toward curiosity, inquiry, and invitation as I hold space for client wisdom to come through in sessions that can be integrated into life.I see my clients as the highest versions of themselves and treat them as such.  I’ve walked this path with mentors twice my age, decades younger, masters of energy healing, QiGong, and Western Religion.  A good day for me includes meaningful interaction with the barista or stranger I meet while out and about experiencing life.I love to sing in my car, the shower and alone in my home, open eye meditation is one of my most treasured gifts…I’ve learned in my now close to 5 decades on this earth that no one judges me as harshly as I judge myself and the more I lighten up and embody my gifts the more I get to shine!I fully embrace transcendence with energy healing after spending many of my years white knuckling my way through behavioral change (mindset work) taking two steps forward and 10 steps back, where I couldn’t get past old patterns so grateful that is a thing of the past.This path of discovery of embodiemnet and self love has led me to my natural state of being, joyful, liberated and I get to wake up every day and choose it!Learn more atwww.bobbirenee.com

<p>You are invited into a sacred space where we will connect to the heart, practice gratitude and honor nature while using the plant medicine, cacao. By joining this session, you&#x27;ll experience your body&#x27;s natural ability to clear stress, tension and anxiety, while gaining greater self-awareness, love and appreciation. </p><p>Each session, we connect to the wisdom and power of the heart through the help of mother Cacao, we will activate our individual and collective life force energy (QiGong), while honoring and tuning into our emotional bodies through integrative breathwork. </p><h3>WHO IS THIS FOR?</h3><ul><li>Anyone who is interested in improving relationships, generating greater mental clarity, purpose, and direction in life.</li></ul><ul><li>Anyone curious about the role our emotional body’s play in how we show up in our lives and what it feels like to consult with our body for answers. Learn to open our hearts to what is possible for our lives and how to tune into your own inner wisdom.</li></ul><h3>SESSION FLOW takes into consideration the lunar cycle and focuses on either calling in what we desire more of in our life or what we may want to release:</h3><p>We&#x27;ll start by opening up to the energy and wisdom of the heart by creating group coherence and expansion with a beautiful Cacao Ceremony. </p><ul><li>Incorporate breathwork and meditation to call in our intention for this sacred time together in reflection and gratitude.</li></ul><ul><li>Practice gentle QiGong flows to connect to our life force and universal energy to encourage showing up authentically to your life with intention and purpose. </li></ul><ul><li>Closing time for integration and connection </li></ul><h3>C﻿OME PREPARED WITH:</h3><ul><li>Some thought around your intention for the experience (or what you’d like to walk away with, it can be as simple as piece of mind, or contentment), we will also give space for this in session </li><li>Water bottle </li><li>Favorite drinking mug (I&#x27;ll bring the KAKAO) </li><li>Yoga mat and comfy clothing (throw blanket  or layers for temperature fluctuations) </li><li>Journal and pen</li><li>OPEN Mind...</li></ul>
