What does a 3-Day LONG PLAY Pass Include?

Over 50 concerts, plus artist talks and events at 8 venues , including a special opening night performance of Meredith Monk and Bang on a Can All-Stars MEMORY GAME in celebration of Meredith's 80th Birthday at Pioneer Works, May 5th!

What does a 3-Day SUPPORTER Pass Include?

Accepted Answer

All 50+ concerts, plus Meredith Monk and BoaC All-Stars MEMORY GAME. Supporters will also be invited to a bday afterparty with Meredith post-show. All Supporter tickets also FULLY subsidize a Long Play day-pass for someone unable to purchase one, so your support gets someone else into the show too!

Where exactly is this taking place?

Long Play takes place at multiple venues and around Downtown Brooklyn.

Question 4

Which venues are participating this year?

Accepted Answer

The Adam (BAM), BRIC House, The Center for Fiction, Littlefield, The Mark Morris Dance Center, Pioneer Works, Public Records, and Roulette.

Question 5

Are there any age restrictions? Can I bring my kids?

Accepted Answer

Your kids are weird! But generally, yes. Most shows are all ages. Some Long Play venues are clubs that are 21+, but will allow you to bring in a minor if accompanied by an adult.

Question 6

Are these concerts seated, or standing room only?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the venue or show - some are fully seated and others are standing room only. However, we will make every effort to provide a seat for anyone needing one at any Long Play performance.

Question 7

Will 2-Day passes and 1-Day passes be made available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at a later date we will release limited 2-Day and 1-Day LONG PLAY passes as capacity permits.

Question 8

I love music, but this festival is too expensive for me. Any discounts?

Accepted Answer

As a mission based institution, it's important to us that no person be unable to attend due to cost. If you feel you are in need of a discount, please drop us a line at info@bangonacan.org. 
We'll also be handing out a number of fully subsidized passes closer to the event thanks to our Supporters.

What does a 2-Day LONG PLAY pass include?

Accepted Answer

A 2-Day pass includes access to all Long Play 2023 shows May 5th and 6th, 2023. A 2-Day pass does NOT include the Meredith Monk and Bang on a Can All-Stars MEMORY GAME performance May 5th.
