Horton Records, a 501c-3 non-profit music organization in Tulsa, OK.  It is a volunteer-based organization with no paid positions.  Our mission is to provide services that develop and support musicians in the Tulsa area, while fostering community with other creative partners and building on our rich musical heritage.  We organize and promote showcase events, conduct music workshops for all ages, provide booking services and management support, and supply business and financial support for recording and distributing music from this area.  Horton Records makes no money off of the musicians.  All of our efforts are in direct alignment with city and state efforts to enhance the image of Tulsa and the surrounding area as a creative hub and music destination that attracts and retains visitors, as well as current and future residents.   More information can be found at:http://www.hortonrecords.org

Join us for an old school, kicked back, good time, ALL AGES git down on Saturday, MARCH 11th at VFW Post 577 in TULSA, OK. Admission includes FREE GUMBO &amp; SIDES courtesy of The Wurst and Amy Absher while supplies last. The "GIT DOWN" kicks off at 7pm in the downstairs space. The "MIDNITE CHOOGLE" starts upstairs at 11:15 in the Centennial Lounge (21+). RESERVED TABLES (limited) are available as well as GENERAL ADMISSION tickets, with limited chair seating and benches (first come). All tickets include access to all performances.
