Building Community Togetheris the motto for our organization!We are coalition of seven-neighborhood associations, partnered with six-anchor institutions; empowering residents, business owners, workers, and church members to build a cohesive community of choice, where our diversity is our strength.  Our mission isto improve the quality of life and economic opportunities for residents in Southwest Baltimore, by bringing in resources – jobs and workforce development programs, educational programs, community events and sponsors, investors, small businesses, all while building up the existing real estate, parks, and social climate.

<p>The Southwest Jubilee is the Southwest Partnership's annual celebration to gather with our stakeholders, share our annual report, and present opportunities for community building by connecting our residents, business owners, workers, and the worshipers of our communities to resources and with each other. </p><p>T﻿his event will feature local catering from the soon-to-open Deeply Rooted restaurant, a cash bar by one of Pigtown's favorites, Old Major, and a presentation from representatives of our anchor institutional partners - Baltimore Renaissance Foundation, University of Maryland Bio Park. </p>
