St. Louis may have a lot of open mic events however Lyrical Therapy certainly stands out. With a weekly open mic at Urb Arts Richard Washington Founder of the Open Mic wanted to do things a bit bigger. Nothing is bigger than getting a larger venue with a large stage and room for 120 plus people to sit comfortably and listen to art. Oh you want to open mic and chill?Where: Urb Arts, 2600 N 14th stWhen: Every First Friday at Urb Arts (but check our page for special pop up events)OPEN MIC INFO:* Performances will start at 8.15pm show runs until 10pm. * Open Mic list signup is at location and artist must be present. [Artist get there early to secure a spot]* Each artist/act will be given a 4 minute slot to perform. (Respect the mic and time for other artist)
