Kickstart 2023 with this FREE mindfulness jumpstart! Join us for yoga, fresh bites, and positive energy to set your year off right!

Join us first for yoga with guest instructor, Latrice Ndum - a highly experienced Yoga Instructor and Nurse Practitioner. Followed by a palate reset with Krystal Beaty, MSN, RN, and owner of My Fresh Fusions. Guests should bring a yoga mat and expect a 30min light and easy flow. We will be focusing in on breathing and meditation with relaxing natural earth tones playing in the background. Yogis will be given a word to focus on to help guide their meditation. At the end of practice yogis will have the option of aromatherapy while ending their flow and slowing their breathing. Yoga will end with the sound of the earth and a bow in namaste. After feeding our soul, we will then feed our body with substances that match the vibe.“At My Fresh Fusions, food is medicine. The owner and founder, Krystal Beatty, is a nurse who turned her love for food and passion for nutritional education into a business. My Fresh Fusions helps wellness minded individuals maximize time and hit their health targets by offering healthy meals, prepped and catered. Other products and services include a dressing, seasoning blend, fresh clipped herbs, nutritional consultations, and cooking classes.”
