Can I get a discount to the event?
Yes. If you attend one of my free workshops, you would receive a discount code at the end of those workshops. Students can get £5 off. Additionally, volunteers get free entry.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Only those 18+ can attend the event.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. Please let us know.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We also accept digital tickets on your phone or tablet.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are transferrable, but not refundable. In an unlikely event of a cancellation, your ticket price would be refunded minus Eventbrite's fees.

Kaitlin is a branding consultant who works with businesses and entrepreneurs to design and promote their brands, drive profit and build customer-focused strategies. She has helped startups and SMEs secure close to half a million pounds of funding. She currently works in London, UK.
Her international marketing experience span from the non-profit sector in San Francisco and Seattle, luxury consumer market in Vancouver to commercial property development in Shanghai. Kaitlin was a guest lecturer at Xi’an International Studies University and often speaks at industry conferences and hosts branding workshops. Kaitlin holds a BFA from the University of British Columbia and an Associate Degree in Graphic Design from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. During her studies, she also worked as a museum curator, graphic designer and award-winning contemporary artist.
