A fantastic 5 day Transformational, Spiritual Retreat in the beautiful town of New Fokea in Greece.
Wake up every morning before breakfast and immerse yourself in a flow yoga or OSHO active meditation followed by a delicious healthy Greek breakfast/brunch looking over the sea.
Continue the morning until lunch time with some blissful Reiki attunements, different types of Transformational and Healing Meditations and Yoga workshops.
In the afternoon relax and spend the rest of the afternoon soaking up the sun and swimming in the turquoise waters at the beach.
After an afternoon relaxing at the beach, there will be an evening practice most evenings and then you can spend the rest of the evening lying under the stars or checking out the super cute Greek village and nature nearby.
Greece is my second home and Nea Fokea/Afitos is one of my favourite places in Greece. My Father is Greek and I have been visiting Greece every year since I was a child.
Starting from my early 20's every year I would visit Greece and it was a retreat for me. To be able to release the mind from the every day to-do lists and thoughts to free up the space in my mind therefore bringing space for the inspirational ideas and intuition to flow.
It gives me great pleasure and passion to share this retreat, spiritual knowledge and beautiful country, culture, climate, nature and food with lovely like-minded souls.

To secure your spot a £250 non-refundable deposit is required. The following can be split into 3 payments of £300 each of you wish. To be paid 30th April/30th May and then the last £300 in Greece on the 25th June.
