Culture can be defined as the set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterize a group, institution or organization. How would you describe the different “cultures” you’ve been part of at different times of your life such as your childhood, family, education, and workplaces? Think about the not-so-good (even toxic) cultures you’ve experienced, versus the healthy and energizing ones. Can you recall how each affected you? Whether you realize it or not, the cultures in which you spend significant time affect and shape how you think and act……positively or negatively. Wouldn’t you love it if you could somehow change all the cultures in your life for the better? Join us June 6th as we discuss “How to Create a Thriving Culture Everywhere You Go”.
