About this event

The Fourth Annual Statewide Nursing Conference will be held in Petersburg, Virginia on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at the Petersburg Public Library Conference and Event Center. The Conference will focus on Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and how to lower risk for choking emergencies. The conference will include guest speakers, interactive choking case studies, and multiple healthcare vendors. The OIH-HSN RNCC Nursing Team, Mobile Rehab Engineering Team, and the Mobile Dental Team will be in attendance. Tours of both OIH-HSN mobile units will be offered. Registration cost includes: light breakfast, beverages throughout the day, lunch, desserts, and Eventbrite fees. Everyone will receive 6 CNEs for attending the full-day event. REFUNDS are not available, ticket transfers are allowed.
