The 4th Annual Lapic Charity Golf Outing

Please join us at this year’s golf outing to support Mariellen “Punk” Ketterer, as she continues her fight against cancer. She has been going through treatment for several months and will continue as she battles through multiple forms of Cancer. Punk has been a generous Sponsor to this Golf Outing each year as well as an avid Golf player. She has also sponsored many other functions and sport teams throughout the County over the last 20 plus years as the owner of PUNKS Ice Cream.

WHERE: Black Hawk Golf Course, Chippewa, PA

Golf Outing

The Golf Outing costs $110 per golfer or $400 per foursome. Maximum Golfers: 144 spots.

This price includes 18 holes of golf, swag bag of golf items, light lunch at the turn, buffet dinner, and drink refreshments throughout the day.

SPONSORSHIP Opportunities

Gold Sponsor $1,500 – QTY 1 available: Includes one foursomes, a name/logo on golf towel, a Hole Sponsor signage, Business name or logo on each Swag bag for each player.

Silver Sponsor $1,250 -QTY 1 Available: Includes one foursome, a Hole Sponsor signage and business name or logo on tee set.

Bronze Sponsor $750 – QTY 1 Available: Includes business name or logo on sleeve of golf balls for each player and hole sponsor signage.

Hole Sponsor $125 : This sponsorship allows your Business name or family name on signage at a particular tee box.

Closest to the Pin Sponsor - $125 -QTY 1 available- $125 - QTY 1 available- This sponsorship entitles the sponsor to a bus inessor personal name displayed at the tee box.

Longest Drive Sponsor - $125 - QTY 2 available- $125 - QTY 1 available- This sponsorship entitles the sponsor to a business or personal name displayed at the tee box.

Longest Putt Sponsor - $125 - QTY 1 available- This sponsorship entitles the sponsor to a business or personal name displayed at the tee box.
