Do I need to bring my own Easter basket?

No, we provide baskets for all participants to ensure fairness. Please leave personal baskets at home.

Is the event free or is there an entry fee?

This is a fundraising event for KidzArt and Club Scientific Hawaii’s financial aid program. All ticket prices will be used for that.

Question 3

Can my child participate in multiple egg hunts?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Kids can join any hunt appropriate for their age group. Younger children (5 & under) may also join later hunts. Some kids sign up to be in all 3 kid appropriate egg hunts

Will there be prizes in the eggs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Eggs contain candy, trinkets, and special prizes donated by our amazing community partners.

Question 5

Where can I park for the event?

Accepted Answer

Street parking is available on Uluniu St. and nearby paid lots. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.

Question 6

What should we wear?

Accepted Answer

Since the hunt takes place in an obstacle area, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes for safety. We do not recommend being bare-foot.

Question 7

Can parents help their kids during the egg hunt?

Accepted Answer

Parents can assist children 5 & under during the 9:30 AM hunt. Otherwise, we ask that kids gather eggs on their own. Younger kids in later egg hunts may also be accompanied by their parents.

Question 8

What is the Lōkahi Unity rule?

Accepted Answer

To ensure fairness, participants who collect 15-20 eggs will be encouraged to share with those who have fewer than 8.
