CELP is a 12-week program with courses meeting on Friday evening (6 pm - 9 pm) and Saturday morning (10 am - 3 pm) every other weekend beginning June 14th. The program is hybrid with a majority of the courses meeting online.
CELP is designed for Texas community leaders who seek training in community based environmental leadership.

The program covers a variety of topics taught by regional leaders such as:
- Environmental & Climate Justice
- Air, Water & Soil Pollution
- Community Advocacy & Public Participation
- Data Mining
- Digital Story Telling & Storymapping
