    Important Information:


    ** This is an outdoor event. Each vendor may wish to bring a tent. 1 table and 1 chair will be provided for each vendor. You can bring additional chairs if you would like. Please limit 3 chairs per table if possible.***


    VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS


    Cost for Vendor: $100 (Non-Refundable)


    Event Time: 12:00pm-4:00pm.


    Setup time: 11:00 am


    Event start time: 12:00pm


    Event end time: 4:00pm


    Vendor Check in time will be at 11:00am. Vendor booths must be set up, staffed, and ready to operate by 11:45pm.


    Break down begins at 4:00pm and must be completed by 4:30pm


    WHAT TO BRING(*) indicates required


    * 6ft Rectangle Tablecloth (Fabric only NO PLASTIC)


    * A small Bluetooth Speaker for your table (optional)


    *Adequate signage – we encourage that the name of your brand be displayed in and/or on your booth.

    Selling success:


    -Engage with your customers, even when it’s slow! Each person that passes through is a potential custom


    Prohibition of the Sale of Illegal Products or Materials:


    Revent Space LLC & Metafold reserve the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal, or considered offensive to others.


    Marketing:


    Each Vendor is responsible for marketing this event prior to the day of the pop-up shop.


    Parking :


    The event will be predominantly centered just outside of the basketball court area. You may park on the Neponset Street Park Entrance or via the Morrissey Boulevard Entrance.
