Day 2 - May 5th 12noon - 5:00pm: On Day 2 we will focus strictly on researching the property boundaries, deeds, and liens. Our team will assist you in determining a properties future value, determining estimated max bid amount, and skip tracing property owners to see if they would like to sell BEFORE the auction.
Electronic Devices: HIGHLY recommended that you bring a laptop, tablet, or any device that will allow you to access the websites that will be discussed on both Day 1 & 2.
