Join me this Friday, December 30th at 12:00 PM Eastern Time in a 90-minute Sacred Ceremony where you will: 
•	Experience a meaningful reflection of each important event and pattern in your life
•	Appreciate and honor yourself and your journey
•	Find the gifts that each part of your journey has brought to you
•	Heal the wounds of your experiences
•	Prepare for dreaming the new vision of you and your life

 Preparation for our Ceremony
•	Arrange your Calendar so that you can be fully present in the ceremony. 
•	Notify family and others that you will be unavailable for about 30 minutes and arrange for them to call someone other than you if needed 
•	Identify a physical space you can be in during the ceremony where you won’t be disturbed by noise or others. 
•	Turn off your computer, television, radio and any other sources of distraction 
•	Have a comfy chair to sit in, or lie down on your bed 
•	Bring your journal or something to write upon. Also, colors or markers if you prefer drawing
•	Nourish yourself with good food and water beforehand. 
•	Prepare a simple altar with a candle 
•	Avoid Alcohol and Recreational Drugs. •	Be in the Zoom virtual space 5 minutes beforehand.
•	 Due to the sacredness of this event, there will be no access to anyone once we formally open the ceremony. We thank you for your understanding. You will have access to the recording of this ceremony if you can’t attend via Dropbox share.
