Paying for College! Session 4

ThePathtoCollegeFellowshipis a nonprofit program that mentors low-income, high-achieving students to help them be more competitive, get better scholarships, and incur less debt when applying tocollege. The fellowship is a three-year program that, aside from tutoring and mentoring, offers scholarships, and organize avenues for volunteer work in the community.

4-Week College Readiness Workshop Series presented by Path to College!  Session 4

Now is the time to seize the day and make your life extraordinary!This is 4-week college prep workshop hosted online by Path to College is open to any high school student willing to seize this opportunity! Students must preregister and they will receive an informational packet to download and keep as a reference for their college journey. Individual Registration is required for each Monday session:<ol><ol><li>Session 1: Applying to College: Where to Start? </li><li>Session 2: Make Your Application Shine! </li><li>Session 3: Entrance Exam Tips! </li><li>Session 4: Paying for College! </li></ol></ol><ol>We will discuss how to narrow your college and career options. We will focus on how your personality traits and individual passions should guide your selection process. We will go over how to create a competitive academic profile for yourself, and inform you of important college admission deadlines, interesting college programs near and far, as well as other considerations for low-income students.</ol>This workshop is intended for high school students age 14 or older.
