We have curated a collective of proven teachers, facilitators, and spiritual directors to help guide your learning in mindfulness, contemplation, art and action. We hope you'll try a class and like it enough to become a regular member. This course benefits those who:</p><ul><li>Prioritize personal development, compassion and effective communication</li><li>Feel stuck when emotionally activated</li><li>Want to improve their ability to navigate conflict</li><li>“People please” and/or often prioritize others before prioritizing self</li><li>Want to deepen emotional intimacy in relationships (including your relationship with yourself)</li></ul><p>The approach is simple, yet yields powerful transformation.</p><p>Heather is a Berkeley Certified Executive Coach and Founder of A Project Called Life, an organization setting out to change the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us.  Her organization offers professional coaching, communication training and strategic advising to purpose-driven brands and communities.  Prior to starting her company, she spent close to a decade scaling a premium apparel company based in San Francisco from start-up to national brand.  As the VP of Retail &amp; People, she led the expansion from 1 to 47 stores across the US, grew the team from 5 to 300 employees and oversaw all strategic functions of the retail channel.</p><h3>Your Zoom link will be sent with your registration confirmation.
