We can all feel a little stressed or anxious at times. Movement helps reduce stress and anxiety, improves your mental health, and helps you heal from all that life throws your way. Join Ginger Boyce, from Care to Change Counseling, in using yoga to improve your mental health. No experience is needed and all fitness levels are welcome!Classes are offered Mondays at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.$50 per session. Packages available.
