What time should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

If you are not familiar with the campus, we suggest arriving at 5 p.m. to allow adequate time for traffic, parking, walking to the venue, check-in (bag check included), and seating.

Check-in begins at 5:15 p.m.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

Guests can purchase short-term ($4/hour) or all-day ($20) parking, across the campus at various structures, metered areas, and pay-by-plate lots.

What items are prohibited in the venue?

Accepted Answer

All persons, bags, clothing, and other items will be screened at check-in. Please limit the number of items you bring. Prohibited items include cameras, noisemakers, recording devices, signs, weapons, etc.  To view the full list, visit the event rule page: https://visionsandvoices.usc.edu/nhj/

Question 4

What is the clear bag policy?

Accepted Answer

To provide a safer environment and expedite entry, the following bags will be allowed:
A bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, or a one-gallon clear plastic storage bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
Small hand or clutch bags and purses approximately the size of a hand.
