T﻿he RSVP for this event has been closed. RSVP does not guarantee entry. If you have NOT RSVP&#x27;d, the 13th Floor will be allowing patrons in in accordance with their capacity allowance. We encourage you to explore the District and the 10+ venues and 100&#x27;s of free shows over the weekend. To kick off the 2023 festival on Thursday night, the Red River Cultural District and Tito&#x27;s Handmade Vodka will host a preview party presented by Tito’s Handmade Vodka, which begins at 8:00 p.m. at The 13th Floor featuring several local music performances as well as specialty craft cocktails from Tito’s. R﻿SVP does not guarantee entry. Donations will be accepted at the door with proceeds to benefit the Red River Cultural District, although fans must RSVP in advance to gain access to this special event (21+ only). Any donations made to the RRCD at the event will be matched by Tito’s, up to $1,000. R﻿SVP does not guarantee entry. Featuring SemiHelix, Et Ceteras, Shared Walls, Lunar Gold, and A. ABOUT RED RIVER CULTURAL DISTRICT:The Red River Cultural District (RRCD) is a worldwide cultural tourism destination for authentic live music, food and drink experiences in the heart of downtown Austin, Texas. The District is managed by the Red River Merchants’ Association, a coalition of over forty local small businesses in the District – including not only live music venues, food, hospitality, lodgings, lifestyle &amp; entertainment businesses, but also the Austin Symphony Orchestra, First Baptist Church, German-Texan Heritage Society &amp; Waterloo Greenway. As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the RRCD is dedicated to preserving our authentic Texas live music heritage through your support. All donations are tax-deductible. RRCD presents two annual district-wide live music programs: Free Week &amp; Hot Summer Nights – that provide additional revenue to musicians &amp; staff during slow seasons. These events are made FREE for all fans &amp; guests through the generous contributions of our annual sponsors. The Red River Cultural District is a safe space for all guests, musicians &amp; staff.
