Join us at the beautiful Ruah Ranch in Spring Branch, Texas to experience a day filled with opportunities to be restored in body, mind, and spirit, to connect with others, to turn kindness inward and be challenged to express kindness outwardly.Expect to rest your body, quiet your mind, reconsider your perspective, and nourish your spirit. Hear encouraging words about how surrender fosters freedom from main session speakers and breakout leaders. Put on your comfy clothes and come ready to refuel, reengage, and leave restored.C﻿ost: There is no set cost to attend. We invite you to make a donation to help cover the cost of meals and use of the facility, but we do not want to limit anyone based on finances. Main session speakers: Josie Barone, Sowkind Co-founder and Alyssa DeLosSantos, Sowkind FounderRestorative Breakout Sessions: Participants will select two breakout sessions designed to engage and empower them in body, mind, and spirit.
