WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 8th: Loving Yourself: Heart-Centered tools for Self-Care

Join us for a conversation with Dr. Nancy Byrne, Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner. Nancy will discuss the Heart’s role in Eastern and modern medicine, and how research is connecting the two. She will also guide the group in a simple exercise that combines breathwork, embodiment, and mantra to help relieve symptoms of anxiety and promote more sound sleep as well as better focus.

Bio: 
Dr. Nancy Byrne is an Acupuncturist and a Certified Yamuna practitioner. She holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and has over 21 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Nancy is a natural teacher and her passion for both Chinese Medicine and Body Rolling shows through her unique offering. She can’t wait to share it with you, so you are empowered to play a role in your own healing.
