阿朵，硅谷政府部门软件工程师。 1997年来到美国，体验着中美两国文化的差异，养育着四个生龙活虎的儿子，也被儿子们锤炼着，教育着，成长着。 随笔记下生活中和孩子一起成长的点点滴滴。其作品发表在美国《星岛日报》，《侨报》，《美国都市报》，《北京菁Kids》杂志。文章被收集在清华大学出版社出版的海外文轩文集《教育，还可以..... 》,《生活，还可以..... 》。 在养娃，工作之余，阿朵还积极参与社区活动，目前担任《枫香硅谷剧社》社长。 积极参与非盈利组织的活动，目前是三个非盈利组织的board member： Fremont Union High School Foundation Asian American Parents Association Silicon Valley Community United 2017年，创办公众号《北美养娃那些事》，和北美育儿理念一致的家长，真实地分享养儿育女，申请大学，家长和孩子共同成长的故事。欢迎关注。
讲座内容：
 
我和儿子们共同成长的故事
 
1. 老大伯克利毕业，目前在一家私立学校当老师，对教育情有独钟。目前也在创建一个辅导年轻人心理成长的项目。老大的成长过程我就是虎妈的心态，常常领跑，焦虑居多，结果冲突不断。
 
2. 老二2017年被斯坦福提前录取，但决定gap year 一年， 2018年入学。从老大身上学到很多，对老二放手，学会退后，让他领跑，我助跑，结果他成长，跑得更稳，我也放松。这其中有很多感悟。
 
3. 老三老四是双胞胎，目前7年级，喜欢运动。篮球，足球一起玩，把我也培养成了超级球迷。养老三老四就是一种enjoy的状态。他们上的小学是以动手能力为主的抽签小学，没有作业，但很注重综合能力的培养。
 
4. 养孩子的过程，把我从一个虎妈养成了猴妈，不是虎视眈眈地盯着他们，也不是完全顺其自然，我学会了观察，思考，适时介入，该出手时再出手。
 
5. 孩子成长，其实家长也成长。与其说我们养孩子，其实孩子也在养育我们。家长和孩子共同成长，才是家庭和谐的关键。
