The Oval at The Bay

PJ has been a yoga and fitness instructor for over 8 years. He received his 200 hour RYT yoga certificate in Hawaii through Core Power Yoga. Since then, he’s focused on gentle, restorative, power, and yoga with weights for higher intensity levels. PJ looks forward to sharing his knowledge and passion with The Bay’s park goers!About Namaste at The BayWeekly, on  Saturday mornings, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis for a morning of stretching and breath work from 9 am – 10 am. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a new instructor each week.
