Lutum Alchimiae translates to "Dirt Alchemy". We are a collective of artists and musicians that hope to provide space for people to dance, make art, play music, learn, and heal through active meditation music by way of underground open-air gatherings.

<p>The Plains and Deserts of West Texas sit right on the Bible Belt, a region of the U.S. where people who fall outside the religious and cultural norm are stereotyped as immoral, sick, blasphemous, or “unholy”. For us, the dancefloor is our church, the music our sacrament, and the stomps are our prayers. We decided to play into the “unholiness” that we are often labeled with and if you’re having a gathering in Texas, it’s gotta be a Hoedown! So with this, Lutum Alchimiae presents: Unholy Hoedown, a weekend-long open-air psytrance gathering taking place on a 165-acre ranch and eco-village community in West Texas. We invite you to join us for our annual Beltane ceremony/ritual/celebration/whatever it is to you. </p>
