Meditation sound bath series designed to help you release your old patterns and build a clear foundation for change.

The Medicine Shop

This series combines meditation with multi-instrument soundbaths. Each week we will work on releasing a different stuck energetic pattern and replacing it with something lighter. Participants are welcome to come for one session or come for all, however each week’s healing builds upon the last so attendance at multiple sessions is encouraged. At-home sound healing exercises will be given for participants’ self-care.Jan. 17, 24, 31 (5:30-7pm)Recommended donation: $10
