Creating art helps us relax and connect with each other and our baby. If you enjoy drawing, doodling, coloring, or journaling, you might enjoy this class.A﻿bout me: This is Hilary! Currently in 2nd trimester with my first baby and I am excited to draw with you. W﻿ho is this class for? Expecting parents. You don’t need any drawing experience. All are welcome. This session can help you with:<ul><li>Connect with your baby and partner</li><li>S﻿elf-care, reduce stress/anxiety</li><li>E﻿xpress your emotions and thoughts</li><li>R﻿eflect on your journey </li></ul>P﻿reparation for the class: <ul><li>2+ papers </li><li>Art material of your choice for drawing (e.g. color pencil, watercolor, oil pastel, dry pastel, etc.)</li><li>P﻿en/pencil for journaling</li></ul>C﻿lass Flow:<ul><li>G﻿rounding/relaxation exercise (5 min)</li><li>F﻿reeflow drawing (5 min)</li><li>Guided D﻿rawing &amp; Journaling (30-35 min)</li></ul>Fees: Donation welcomed. 1 ticket will include you and your plus one. We welcome parents to participate in the class together. Your donation will go towards hosting and developing more future classes.
