Youngsang Cho was born in Hwaseong, Gyeonggido, South Korea, in 1965. As the son of Hankyu Cho, the founder of KNF, he received KNF technology from him and has been practicing organic farming for 32 years. He graduated from Suwon High School and the Department of Chemistry at Ajou University, completed a master's degree in Horticulture at Chungnam National University, and a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology at Jeonbuk National University.

Day 3: hands on learning and application with Sean Hawkins see bio below. Sean Hawkins is a Natural farmer, teacher &amp; student of regenerative agricultural methods, seed collector, &amp; fermenter. 3 years managing a large indoor microgreen facility. Green house management certification. Returning student of Chris Trumps' Soilsmith program. I currently teach Natural Farming in the Houston area at various locations including the Harris County library. I was born on a homestead, so home-grown food is in my blood. After several years as a hobby grower using salt nutrients, my journey finally led me to living soil and I've never looked back. My goal is to start an advanced Natural Farming school and input lab for the Greater Houston area. I started the company Open-Source Farmer in the hopes to spread this knowledge to anyone willing to learn.
