<p>Experts will explain the County of San Mateo’s ban on single-use plastic foodware (including cups, clamshells, straws and utensils) and California&#x27;s new organics collection and composting requirements, and tell how to sign up free composting classes. Admission is free. Presented by the Citizens Environmental Council.</p>
