Organizational Agility - Linking Strategy & Execution Through OKRs Implementation

Boulevard "Tsarigradsko shose" 90, Capital Fort - City Hall Meeting Room

New Year - New Beginning! It’s been a while since we last met. It’s been a period of time when Agility, in its true form, has been more important than ever and our drive to create meaningful relationships and to build the community has become even stronger. So, after a far too long pause, we are happy to finally have a chance to resume the Agile Clinics (Scrum Clinics). We fundamentally believe in the “people and interactions” culture we create via these events and therefore, we are thrilled to be able to meet you all again! Some of the most successful Tech organizations that are focused on sustainable and profitable businesses, do propagate the usage of OKRs, to ultimately set the right goals and be able to focus their teams to achieve them. In line with that, we’ll run a session, where we’ll tell our story and experience with OKRs and how we believe those can align strategy to execution in Product Portfolio Management. We’ll talk to the problems we were trying to solve via OKRs implementation, what our approach was using different techniques from the Lean-Agile field like -Design Thinking, Empathy Mapping, Pareto Principle, Goal Setting and Tracking Systems and, of course, why we think OKRs will contribute to us being even more successful in our Agile delivery! Our speakers and facilitators will be: Carly Hodges (VP of Lean-Agile Practices at Fourth); Petya Nencheva (Head of Agile Practice at Fourth); Tsvetan Minkov (Senior Scrum Master at Fourth).
