Sound and Somatics

Inner Solas

A retreat to release energy blockages followed by the soothing crystal singing bowls to hold space for your restoration

West Coast Wellness,

Join Joni and Caroline for a journey into the beautiful harmony of Sound and Somatics.Joni is an experienced Yoga, Qi Gong & Somatics teacher. Her fusion of Seasonal Yoga with Qigong in relation to the changing seasons and energies of the year blends the Chinese Five Elements system with the Indian Hatha Yoga tradition, integrating yoga postures with breathing techniques and meditation, while learning more about what aspects each season can bring to enhance our lives and state of wellness.Caroline is an intuitive energy worker and Reiki Master who uses a variety of healing instruments to paint a dynamic landscape of sound to immerse yourself within, enabling you to completely relax to the harmonic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, wave drum, koshi chimes and more. The collaboration of the two enable your body to feel invigorated through the release of stagnant energy shifts and renewal of the vibrant energy within. You may wish to just attend the Dome activities or upgrade your experience to a full day which includes a loch side sauna and cold-water dip in Loch Fyne, and all for just an additional £15! (Booking for this is done through the West Coast Wellness website). This is set to be a sell-out event as we have limited spaces available so don't delay your booking! If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please email innersolas@mail.comNo cancellations of places but tickets may be transferred to another party with prior discussion via email and new waiver filled in through WCW website. Not suitable for the first trimester of pregnancy, epilepsy (vibration/sound induced fits), nor those with metal implants.
