Building The Writing Habit

Events that get you writing with prompts, community, and accountability.

<p>The perfect writing group whether you&#x27;re in the middle of the writing process, starting a new project or just trying to build a regular writing routine.  Each two-hour write-in session will include time to chat--discuss writing, celebrate wins and/or vent frustrations--and focused writing time. I&#x27;ll offer an optional daily writing prompt, provide support, resources and any tools requested to make writing happen. </p><p>Current Schedule -- Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 9am-11am <strong>Eastern Time </strong>(Please remember to check time differences according to your location, in addition to any changes that might occur because of daylight savings.) </p><p>Participants do not need to attend for the full two hours; you may come and go as you please. The main goal is to make time for your writing practice.  The majority of the time will be spent writing independently, with a quick check-in (5-10min) on the hour and before ending. I like to include time for getting to know each other, sharing our process, craft tips and resources if participants are willing, but I do ask that non-writing related conversations be kept to a minimum. </p><h1>Important Changes for November and December </h1><p>S﻿tarting in November the schedule will be cut back to two days a week, Monday and Wednesday. You&#x27;ll also need to register directly through Zoom. Any amount would be appreciated and be of a great help with overhead cost. Enter the amount you would like to donate then click checkout.
