I am a first-generation Haitian-American who is born and raised in the county of Dade. I am a Black feminist thinker, ex-community organizer, social worker, popular educator, and social justice doula. A free lunch hour event to check in on our anti-racism plans on Thursday, January 19th from 1-2PM EST

We are living and surviving in an enduring-pandemic. Another year is on the horizon - we made it y’all! So let’s take the time to reflect on how we got here. At the start of the pandemic, a historical reckoning was brewing that was fully ignited with the protests against the police murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery. There are countless Black and Brown people who experienced organized abandonment at the hands of the U.S. government throughout this pandemic. Many of us were moved to begin or deepen an anti-racist practice. Three years later, I invite you to a reflective space that will ask you to evaluate your anti-racism. Join me for a free one-hour anti-racist check-in session where I will share some insights to help support our collective practice this year. This is open to people who have taken my courses in the past and to those of you who have not. This is a community offering that is grounded in a Black feminist love ethic. The check-in will be recorded and made available to subscribers of my Patreon.
