太平洋智汇

西部声光能研究院是由仙童科技发起，西安市科技局主管的一家民办非企业新型科研机构（非盈利组织），是政府对外合作的一个通道。 
        西部声光能研究院负责人杨厚成早年留学加拿大和美国，作为回到西安多年的海归，他了解海外华人的状况以及中国现今的创新生态。这次到访硅谷，杨厚成期待与北美的技术专家、创业者、投资机构、企业家深入交流，探讨全方位的合作，共同发展。
