About this event

  • 8 hours 30 minutes

This class focuses on motor calculations in order to determine proper conductor sizing for branch circuits and feeder circuits. It also teaches how to correctly size an overcurrent device to protect the motor. (Circuit breakers or fuses). The voltage drop portion teaches the voltage drop formulas for determining how much voltage is dropping, what size wire to use in these situations, how far away can a load be connected and how many amps can be connected at certain distances. It is a fun and informative class.
