You&#x27;re invited to GLOW while you FLOW! Join us for a fun-filled evening of glow-in-the-dark fitness and fun! This class is brought to you by CorePower Yoga of Georgetown.CorePower Yoga offers a physically intense workout rooted in the mindfulness of yoga. Our goal is to share the transformative power of yoga with every body, everywhere. Get ready to sweat as the motivating teacher and music powers you through class! You&#x27;ll work every muscle and every emotion in just 60 minutes. From fundamental to more challenging vinyasa postures and flow to cardio and strength moves to boost metabolism and build lean muscle to meditative breathwork, come flow and glow with Core Power Yoga.Neon tape will be provided so you can GLOW while you FLOW!
