On the fourth Friday of each month we open up our doors to local jazz musicians and vocalist to share their sounds.

Enjoy a night of jazz with the best seats in the house! We have four-top cafe tables and two-top cocktail tables. Limited tables available, but admission to the event is free. Grab a table to enjoy your night, have a homebase for your crew, a place to keep your drinks/snacks, and these funds go towards supporting the artists on stage!And now: we allow table reservations to grab a bottle of wine from the bar to share with their table! Skip the many trips back to the bar, close that tab, and grab one of our awesome specialty wines selected by InWine for the month. Michael Hawkins is a versatile and well-rounded virtuoso Jazz bassist, playing and writing in multiple sub-genres and on both acoustic and electric bass.Four top cafe tables available at $40 - seats 4Two top cocktail tables available at $20 - seats 2________________________________________________________Hawkins has recorded and toured extensively with acclaimed pianist Cyrus Chestnut who sites Hawkins as a member of his primary group (http://www.cyruschestnut.net/frames/bio_frame.html).He resides permanently in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and children. He performs frequently with several local groups and artists, such as Sketches, under the leadership of guitarist Gene Pendleton.
