Shadow season cradles us back into our inner hearth. Becoming aware of the stagnancy in the soma, what would you choose to alchemize?

Join Wren and Taylor for this special event from the comfort of your own home. Together, we will weave our prayers and intentions of what we are inspiried to transmute this season. Here, there is full permission to be held in safety and surrender to the process. This is sacred. When executed to its full might, breathwork provides us a powerful catalyst to release stagnated energy that has become trapped in the body. This practice takes us from the faltering &quot;freeze&quot; station of our trauma response and shepherds us towards the expansive freedom of our &quot;fight or flight.&quot; It brings us into alignment with a regulated nervous system, which allows us feelings of comfort, release, and deep self-love. The action of conscious breath allows the skins of past traumas to be shed, and brightly illuminates the truths which we, in our hearts, have always known. We allow the clouded mind to clear with each rushing breath, shifting the energy of emotions and traumas to the surface where they can be seen and profoundly acknowledged.What does it look like?You will lie comfortably on a blanket or yoga mat (in your own home) with eyes closed to move fully towards your inner landscape. The breath itself lasts for 30 minutes, and consists of continued cycles of two sharp inhales and one sharp exhale. Throughout the breath, there will be landmarks where you will be directed to scream, allow long-muted sounds to find their voice, and to allow any body trembling to be expressed. It is normal to cry, to shake, and for the body to move as a way to resolve trauma. This group session will last approximately 90 minutes. Prior to the breathwork session there will be space for seasonal/astrological insights, expression, and time after for honest reflection and share. Please arrive to the session on time in an undisturbed space. Please dress cozy in loose, unrestricted clothing. Please have had your last meal at least 60 minutes prior to session. What to bring?+ Journal and pen/cil+ Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket (comfort items)+ Water+ Creating a small alter or having some personal items near by is encouraged but not necessary.
