This class will be hosted in a beautiful private backyard in Glassell Park, where we will partake in thought exploration, active breathwork, and communal art. Our breath holds innate healing properties when accessed with this technique which we will learn and experience together. Come with an open mind as breathwork looks and feels different to each individual. Common experiences from breathwork include: a release of stress, anxiety, trauma, mental fog, and greater senses of clarity, connection, and direction. It&#x27;ll be a restorative and rejuvenating afternoon spent in community, welcoming in the new week with clear intentions and a fresh mind.GUIDETiffany is a Chinese-Malaysian breathwork guide. An LA native, she has experienced many healing modalities and was called to deepen her practice in breathwork after experiencing the immediate benefits it had on her mind, body, and soul.
