This immersive healing arts experience at Studio@620 in downtown St. Petersburg featured live performances and exhibits by Eris Eady, Myiah Pink, Lola Banae, Tonie Melise, Jessica Lassiter with a Restorative Encounters Luncheon by Lola B. Morgan. This is the inaugural immersive healing arts exhibition as part of the Restorative Encounters series curated by Dr. LaDonna Butler &amp; The Well.Featured Exhibit: How I Got Over by Eris EadyEris Eady is a Black, Bisexual, Non-binary &amp; Disabled artist and writer from Cleveland, Ohio. They have performed, presented, and curated healing spaces all over the country. Eris has worked in the nonprofit and advocacy sector for over 20 years and has a Master&#x27;s of Science in Positive Organizational Development &amp; Change from Case Western Reserve University, and is currently the Chief Equity &amp; Learning Officer for Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio.Eris Eady&#x27;s first gallery exhibition is the story of how vulnerability is a journey of doing and undoing. It&#x27;s an altar of honor for having survived every last of their worst days. Using poetry, mixed media, and mirrors, Eris reflects on the treacherous work of mending and restoring after becoming disabled by Covid-19.Myiah Pink, Visual ArtistMyiah Pink is a creator who’s mission is to express to the viewer that we are all art and all connected. She expresses this through many different outlets, painting being her main one. Her work, however goes beyond the paintbrush as she uses her brand HappySoul by Pink LLC to further spread her message. Though Myiah’s work often expresses all sides of life unapologetically, her mission through HappySoul by Pink is to remind hueman souls of their reason to smile by promoting the exploration of a happy life through creative endeavors. She honors this mission by promoting the HappySoul Apparel line, hosting arts wellness workshops, and popping up at local community events. Tone I.E, MusicianTone I.E is a singer, songwriter, musician and poet from Saint Petersburg, FL. She prides herself on her writing mostly. She’s an advocate for mental health awareness especially in the Black community and takes pride in that. She loves to address many topics in her content from love to heartbreak and mental health.
