硅谷课堂背景：
随着家庭经济状况的日益提升，以及各行各业逐步提高的对于学术学历的要求，越来越多的中国家庭选择送孩子出国深造。而在这留美求学的漫漫长路上，除了申请必备的标化成绩，课外活动展现，以及文书写作，还有一个摆在留学生和家长们面前的一个难题 -- 签证。
签证连带着各个国家的很多法律条项，每年都有许多家庭因为签证问题被迫停下在国外求学的脚步。不管是想延长逗留时间为了能在这全新的环境下陪着孩子适应，还是希望能不让孩子在繁忙的学习和求职中还要为身份问题烦恼，如果能全面了解不同签证的申请条件、逗留时间，以及申请技巧，处理好这个问题，这将大大减轻每个家庭额外的担忧和负担。

2. 详谈解决下述问题的可行性办法：如何申请B-2延期；如何准备F-1申请；怎样才算够资格申请EB-1杰出人才签证；如何申请L-1签证及后续的绿卡申请。
3. H-1B前景及EB-5动态如何？
 
签证小科普：
B-2签证：旅游签证，签发给前往美国旅游的人员。
F-1签证：提供给那些想要在美国学习的留学生的非移民签证。
EB-1签证：是美国职业类移民申请中的一类，是美国移民法专门为在艺术、科学、教育、商业和运动等领域拥有杰出才能的外籍人士提供的移民途经。
L-1签证：是美国移民局对外国商人和外国专家到美国长期工作的入境许可之一。 
H-1B签证：是签发给在美国从事专业技术类工作的人士的签证，属于非移民签证。
EB-5：是美国移民局专门为投资者设立，通过在美投资，外国公民可以获得绿卡。
