This New Years Eve, you are cordially invited to a masked night of mischief and mayhem, amongst the dearly and not so dearly departed. Leave your expectations and inhibitions in the lands of the living and prepare for a spectral spectacle, the first ever DANSE MACABRE - a Masquerade Ball for the Dead hosted by Johnnie Raven, Black Rose Bootique and Apparition Spookeasy. This will be an all day affair, consisting of three grand acts. The Market, the Mischief and the Mayhem. The Market will be a bazaar of the bizarre, featuring a plethora of Black Rose Bootique’s local artisan and vendors, and run from 11 AM to 4 PM on 12/31. The Mischief will be a haunting escape for those who choose to be inducted into the Sanguine Society and featuring dinner, drinks, and delights from 6 PM - 8 PM. And finally, the Mayhem will be a dance party that will bring even the most reclusive kindred from their coffins, featuring performances both in the more intimate Sanguine Suite and in full gRAVE glory in the Grand Ball Room, all lead by the illustrious Johnnie Raven. But beware, tickets for this haunting holiday celebration are disappearing with alarming alacrity - so don’t delay in grabbing yours today - we are just DYING to celebrate with you! Ticket Options: Ghostly Admission: Includes admission at 8:30 PM to the party, a souvenir ECTOPLASM potion bottle cocktail and a champagne toast at midnight. Includes a souvenir ECTOPLASM potion bottle cocktail, a blood bag cocktail, an engraved cocktail glass, a champagne toast at midnight and two additional drink tickets, early access to the party, and a reserved seat in the Sanguine Suite. For an additional $60 enjoy access to a buffet of some of Kansas City’s best BBQ, brought to you by Spice Bandit KC, decadent deserts, and snacks. Includes Sanguine Society admission for eight individuals, eight potion bottle cocktails, eight blood bag cocktails, eight engraved cocktail glasses, BBQ dinner for eight, decadent deserts, and bottle service(with one bottle included) in a private nook with a closeable curtain. Please remember that it is always alright to move between rooms and that your mental and emotional health are important to preserve in the method which you see fit. In the event that the event is cancelled due to weather, we will reschedule the Danse for another day in the next few months, and although the auspicious event of the turning of the year will no longer be present, the opportunity to dance with the dead will not be forsaken. Please note that there are some limited availability “EARLY BAT” tickets - when these are sold out, they are sold out. I﻿n order to ensure speed of service, we will have 5 different service stations running at all times, including a VIP bar and concession stand with non alcoholic and food options available.
