59th Annual Samuel P. maggard Quality Concrete School

The Office of Engineering Outreach in the College of Engineering provides statewide engineering-based outreach and public service programs. Through collective impact, Engineering New Mexico leverages a network of industry, community, and academic partners to solve problems that improve the quality of life, promote economic development, and enhance educational systems across New Mexico. The program delivers a range of engineering programs and services to businesses, government agencies, teachers and K-16 students throughout the state.

The 59th Annual Samuel P. Maggard Quality Concrete School is designed for concrete professionals, contractors and professional engineers.The Quality Concrete School teaches the latest technologies for concrete applications taught by NMSU Civil Engineering faculty and industry experts. The 2023 program will address a range of competencies from basic properties of concrete, durability and service life for concrete structures, sustainability, employee recruitment/retention, concrete submittals and more.In-person participants will meet on the NMSU campus in Las Cruces. Cost for in-person registration is $90. After January 2, registration increases $100.
