Members of EXPLO's summer faculty recruitment team discuss what it's like to spend a summer working at one of EXPLO's three campuses.

At EXPLO, we bring curiosity, engagement, and humanity to teaching and learning. Each year, we hire hundreds of summer staff members to spend seven weeks working at one of our three campuses:EXPLO Junior, for students entering grades 4-7 on the campus of Regis College in Weston, MA;EXPLO Senior, for students entering grades 8-10 on the campus of Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY; andEXPLO Pre-College + Career, for students entering grades 10-12 on the campus of Wellesley College in Wellesley, MAAs a member of a summer faculty that is collectively responsible for caring for students 24-hours per day, 7-days per week, all summer long, you’ll work longer and harder at EXPLO than just about any other summer job you’re considering. The work will also be more fun, meaningful, and professionally rewarding than just about anywhere else, too. This trade-off is not for everyone, but the result is that you’ll join a team of interesting, engaged people from across the country and around the world who have also chosen a more intensive, more meaningful summer working experience. These are folks who are on campus to share their passions, to leap forward professionally, and to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
