Experience a grounding yoga flow led by Yasmine Griffiths of Namaste by Jay. This all-levels class will take place in the gallery and event space on the second floor of <a href="https://www.instagram.com/kinfolkdispensary/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kinfolk</a>, a medical dispensary and community space located in downtown DC. Prepare to immerse yourself in grounding movements, vibe to an R&amp;B-focused playlist, and pour into your mind, body, and soul throughout this flow! Following the flow, we will do a guided meditation and journaling session focused on gratitude during the Thanksgiving season. There is limited space, so reserve your spot today and feel free to bring a friend!This is a donation-based class, meaning we are operating on a pay-what-you-can structure for participants. For example, you can choose to pay $1 for this class or $100 for this class.<h3>About Yasmine Griffiths and Namaste by Jay </h3><a href="https://namastebyjay.com/the-instructors/yasmine-griffiths" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Yasmine</a> is a yoga and meditation instructor as well as a medical student based in Washington, DC. Originally from Atlanta, GA, she began her yoga journey at a young age and is now certified in Hatha, Rocket, and Yoga Sculpt.
