T﻿he programs objective is to equip Pastoral Care ministers with fundamental information to aid in their Pastoral Care Ministry. This includes Ministry of the Sick, Bereavement Ministry, Grief Support Ministry, Hospice Care, Chaplain Ministry, Funeral and Graveside Ministry and others.T﻿he Program is in conjuction with Saint Leo University and the Diocese of Orlando. Upon completion, the participant will be certified and receive a certificate of completion. C﻿lasses will start on Feb. 18th, 2023 - 9AM/3.30PM (Modules to be held on the third Saturday of each month) at St. Joseph, Lakeland - Parish Hall. Also, on Mar. 18, Apr. 15, May 20 and Jun. 17th and Jul. 15th, 2023.A﻿pplication requirements: F﻿ingerprints through the Diocese of Orlando, Safe Environment Training, Interview with Discernment Committee, Letter of Good standing from your pastor, a Spiritual autobiography which shares your spiritual journey not (not less than 2 pgs).F﻿or more info: C﻿ontact Tomás Evans, Diocese of Orlando / tevans@orlandodiocese.org
