Yingling Wei, JunHe
Yingling Wei is the head of JunHe’s anti-trust practice group.  Ms. Wei has over 24 years of experience, and has advised numerous MNCs in their merger control filings, advised them on cartel, distribution and other AML compliance issues, as well as handling government investigations initiated by AML enforcement agencies including NDRC, MOFCOM and SAIC. She has been a ranked corporate/competition lawyer by Who’s Who Legal, Chambers, etc. 
Hua (Jessica) Su, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences
Dr. Jessica Su is special counsel of JunHe and associate professor specialized in antitrust law and policies at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.  Dr. Su has been a policy drafting member of NDRC on anti-monopoly guidelines for the automobile industry, IPRs, SEPs, and monopoly agreements.  She was a consultant to OECD.  Dr. Su authored Competition Law in China (Kluwer, 2018 co-author), Antitrust Issues in the Automobile Market: China, EU and USA Compared (CUPSL, 2017), Antitrust Scrutiny of Distribution Practice (Law Press, China 2012).
