Restorative Yoga and Somatics Workshop for the BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ community, provided by Chita Gastelum CRSS, CHWI, 500hr RYT and Sirius Heart, MA LAC. Covid Guidelines: Must be vaxxed, rapid test required day of event (we will provide rapid tests to anyone who needs one at the door) , masks optional. Livestream provided for those who cannot attend due to disability or any other reason. (In person &amp; Virtual) Yoga mats, chairs, bolsters and blankets will be available for in-person attendees.Location: Will be shared via Email upon registration 1 week prior to event.
